IT之家3月28日消息 据信报报道，中国电信董事长杨杰今午在业绩会上称，在“提速降费”后，固网及手机网络速度以倍数提高速度。此举是配合国家发展需要，但的确对收入及盈利造成甚大影响。他预期今年在数据用量收费上，最少会下调超30%。
杨杰指出，三大电信运营商在薄利多销下，要靠打价格战抢客，“不能打到满地鸡毛”，在竞争时亦要体现行业价值，因此未来会通过弹性价格控制，来抵消“提速降费”的影响。
