As a representative of fashion and technology in Tokyo, Japan, the construction of smart parks has also emerged as the times require. At present, the work style that realizes the joint work of employees belonging to different companies through the sharing of space such as computer use space and meeting space is attracting attention. The so-called joint office space is a place where various people gather together to induce innovation through mutual inspiration and brainstorming. There is a member-only "Creative Lounge MOV" on the 8th floor of Shibuya Hikarie (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo). As the name suggests, this is a co-working space created to support innovative working methods and create an open innovation base.

With the development of human society, the transition to a knowledge society that emphasizes individual creativity has been gradually realized in recent years. Working with individuals outside the enterprise and communicating and collaborating with other companies is on the rise. At the same time, many companies feel that it is difficult to innovate on their own. It may be difficult to meet the increasingly diverse market demands with its own resources alone. Rather than resting on our laurels, innovations based on issues and communicating with people outside the company seem to be becoming mainstream. Shift from hierarchical division of labor to independent teamwork. People from different fields come together to create new value through the sharing of experience and knowledge. And what functions as its innovation base is a co-working space like MOV. The so-called MOV is actually named after the first three letters of movement.

As a creative pioneer, MOV is strategically located above Shibuya Station, with convenient transportation. The area is 888 square meters. At the same time as Shibuya Hikarie opened in 2012, MOV also started operations. Because it is in the unique Shibuya, most of the customers are IT creators, and the age range is from 20s to 70s. It is said that there are also people who are independent from large companies and start their own businesses, people whose companies are out of town and only use this as a Tokyo office, and foreigners who are temporarily stranded in Tokyo on business trips. There are those who only make music at night, those who cook as well as professional chefs, and those who are engaged in NPO activities. In short, there are many versatile people here. The monthly subscription is also available here for temporary use. It mainly provides an open hall with free seats, and can also provide fixed seats and booths through separate contracts. In the open hall, in addition to table seats and sofa seats, there are also benches similar to those in the park and a high bar for dining. Members can choose their favorite place to work according to the mood of the day. In addition, there are facilities such as a library and a coffee bar where you can relax after work.

What makes people like it here is also the diverse layout of MOV. In this space it is always possible to work with a fresh feeling. One of the characteristics of MOV is that it has set up a limited-time exhibition room "aiiima" surrounded by glass at the entrance. The exhibition room takes "in progress" as its concept, whether it is a half-thought-out idea or a product in the production process, it can be freely promoted in this space. In addition, seminars, etc. can be held here. The mayor of Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture even named this place the temporary mayor's office, and really came here every 1 to 2 weeks to perform official duties.
