Currently, the Charley robot is providing services in a high-end apartment building in Crescent Heights Ten Thousand, a wealthy area of Los Angeles. This also marks the first time that the "Relay" intelligent room service robot has been applied to a residential building. Residents in high-end apartments can use iPads to place orders online. And when there are takeaways or packages delivered to the apartment reception center, the staff will hand over these items to the Charley robot and input the house number, and the robot will automatically deliver the items to the residents' doorsteps.

As long as you put things in it, tell it where to go, and then it will automatically deliver the items and return to the exclusive charging station by itself. The Relay robot can take the elevator by itself, navigate to the correct door, and open the lid after the owner opens the door. The Relay robot moves automatically through artificial intelligence, planning and perception algorithms. It also has human intelligence. When it encounters any problems, it will call the call center for help.
