The project aims at advanced standards for smart city construction at home and abroad, relying on the China Digital Industry and City Alliance initiated and established by TusHoldings, to implement urban intelligence in the "Digital Industry and City" model in Jurong, and promote the realization of informatization, urbanization, industrialization, The simultaneous development of agricultural modernization will create a unique regional smart city hub. The project mainly includes three components: new smart city infrastructure construction, core capability building, and improvement of intelligence levels in various fields.

The project has signed a cooperation agreement with Jurong City to establish a joint venture company to promote the implementation of Jurong City's new smart city. It has communicated with the Jurong City Development, Reform and Economic and Information Technology Commission to complete the top-level planning document. The initial investment is expected to be approximately 560 million yuan ( Including big data pipeline). At present, the project has passed the expert review meeting and the municipal government executive meeting, and is actively communicating with the Finance Bureau on project establishment and supporting funds.
