Passengers who often go to Hangzhou Airport know that if you check in online without checked baggage, you have to go to the check-in counter and do the last step of check-in—getting your boarding pass or entering the security check. Use the QR code to exchange for your boarding pass at the security check.

"In other words, passengers will still have to get a paper boarding pass at the airport, but soon, Hangzhou Airport will be able to implement paperless boarding." A staff member at Hangzhou Airport told Qian Bao reporter.

How to do it? This operation is very simple. Follow the WeChat official account of Hangzhou Airport. After checking in online on the official account, a QR code will be generated.

When you arrive at the airport and go through security check, just show this QR code. When boarding the plane, you only need to show the QR code again to scan in and board the plane.

However, the prerequisite for QR code boarding is that you have no checked baggage. Passengers taking international (regional) flights cannot experience this convenience at the initial stage, and very few airlines cannot implement it because they do not have access to the system.

According to reports, the project has been launched and Hangzhou Airport is expected to be completed within the year.

Although boarding with QR codes is not yet available for international (regional) flights in the initial stage, T2 Terminal also has many bright spots.

Parking lot enables ETC and wall-mounted robots

When leaving the parking lot, you can scan Alipay to pay, or pay in advance on the APP and leave the parking lot directly. If you only know this mode, you are OUT. Hangzhou Airport has many new tricks. The first thing I want to talk about is the non-intrusive parking payment that has been implemented.

There are 9 public lanes in the short-term parking area of the parking lot at the entrance of the Hangzhou Airport terminal, 2 of which are dedicated to ETC users. Car owners who don’t have ETC don’t have to worry. You can first bind your license plate number to the Alipay service window. It will be automatically recognized when you enter the ground parking lot in front of the airport terminal. It will also be automatically recognized and automatically deducted when you come out. Airport parking lots are also experimenting with wall-mounted robots. The wall-mounted robot is hung on the toll booth. Mobile phone indoor navigation reverse car search

Hangzhou Airport is already very big, and it will be even bigger when the T4 terminal is built in the future. If your car is parked in the huge underground garage of the airport, you may be confused when picking up your car and cannot find your parking spot.

At present, the airport underground parking lot already has a fixed reverse car search query point, which is set up next to the elevator entrance. But for the convenience of passengers, the airport is working on such a project: soon, you only need to enter your license plate into the airport’s WeChat official account, and even if you are in an underground parking garage, your phone will plan the most convenient route for you to pick up your car, go left If you still go right, there will be a voice reminder. In the future, Hangzhou Airport will also actively invest big data and cloud services into parking services to truly help passengers travel smartly.

In addition, in early January this year, Hangzhou Airport invested 100 smart trolleys for the first time in the isolation area on the departure floor of the domestic terminals T1 and T3.
