The partnership program brings together the upstream and downstream of the industry chain

Beijing's artificial intelligence industry has always been at the leading level in the country. Commercial applications represented by AIGC (using AI to generate content) may be the first scene area where large models are implemented. The recruitment process for the second batch of partnership program members has also started.

The development of the first large-scale government service model has been launched

The partnership plan clarifies Beijing's overall goal of developing the general artificial intelligence industry, that is, by 2025, it will basically form a general artificial intelligence industry development pattern with complete elements, leading technologies, and a complete ecosystem that can effectively support the high-quality development of the digital economy.

In order to achieve the overall goal, the partnership plan will implement accelerating efforts to meet the urgent demand for computing power in the near future, improve medium and long-term computing power supply capabilities, launch a batch of high-quality training data, plan and build a national-level data training base, large model application innovation benchmark pilot projects, and promote The eight major tasks include empowering thousands of industries with large models, cultivating new paradigms of software development, and building foundation projects for underlying supporting technologies of large models.

The reporter learned that this includes ensuring the city’s large model team and AIGC enterprise product research and development and technological innovation, focusing on scenarios such as the Capital Window intelligent question and answer and 12345 immediate assistance in handling complaints, and gradually carrying out proprietary model training work in the government service industry, focusing on this The city will promote the commercialization and application of large models in advantageous areas such as virtual digital humans, digital healthcare, and e-commerce retail.

At present, a project closely related to people's livelihood in the applied innovation benchmark pilot has been launched, which is Beijing's first large-scale government service model development project. This project will focus on government affairs consultation, policy services, immediate handling of complaints, government affairs services, etc., and take the lead in realizing large-scale model technology empowerment.

Encourage the establishment of general artificial intelligence industry funds

According to the relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Economic and Information Bureau, efforts will be made from six dimensions: financial support, service optimization, strengthening promotion, and pilot testing to ensure the smooth implementation of the partnership plan.

In terms of funding, increase support, use high-precision industry development funds and funds to increase investment in the general artificial intelligence industry, actively introduce social capital, and encourage the establishment of general artificial intelligence industry funds.

In terms of talents, we will support the members of the partnership program to attract more talents with international competitiveness and development potential, create a large-scale talent highland, and strive to create a pilot demonstration of the national data infrastructure system under the guidance and support of relevant national ministries and commissions.
