Recently, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economics and Information Technology, the Zhongguancun Management Committee of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and the Municipal Development and Reform Commission jointly launched the "Beijing General Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Partnership Program" (hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership Program") to promote the development and application of large models.

According to the list of members (the first batch) of the Beijing General Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Partnership Program published on the website of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economics and Information Technology, a total of 39 companies were shortlisted. Among them, there are 2 computing power partners, namely Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. and Beijing Super Cloud Computing Center; 9 data partners and 7 model partners, namely Beijing Zhiyuan Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, Beijing Baidu Netcom Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd., Alibaba DAMO Institute (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., Fourth Paradigm (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., Kunlun Wanwei Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Qihoo Technology Co., Ltd., etc.

According to the Municipal Bureau of Economics and Information Technology, the model partners referred to in the "Partnership Program" refer to pre-trained large models based on massive data. , Complex reasoning and other capabilities have significantly enhanced the versatility and generalization of artificial intelligence. Based on the fine-tuning of small samples in subdivided fields based on large models, industry-oriented proprietary models can be developed. Using this new production tool can greatly improve the production efficiency of the industry.
