SAP has Announce It will benefit from the Azure OpenAI service, unlocking a range of generative AI capabilities designed to help companies recruit better.
As part of the transaction, HR software SuccessFactors is now set to integrate with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot in Viva Learning.
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella explained: "We have an incredible opportunity to deliver next-generation artificial intelligence that will unlock productivity growth for every person, organization and industry, including HR functions." Generative AI for recruiting
SAP is far from the first company to integrate generative AI into its recruitment process. In fact, Microsoft's own LinkedIn has been giving users more and more tools over the past few months.
Part of the goal is to help companies create "compelling and highly targeted" job descriptions in a SAP environment. Later during the interview stage, AI prompts can be provided to the interviewer in Microsoft Teams to ensure the candidate is the best fit for the role.
Existing talent will also benefit from the partnership, with the integration between SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Viva Learning and Copilot designed to provide relevant learning and training opportunities to deliver new cross-skilling and upskilling opportunities.
